Identifying your Frigidaire filter
- PurePour PWF-1 (FPPWFU01) is a push-to-release, push-to-lock filter.
- Frigidaire rates PurePour filters for 6 months or 125 gallons, whichever comes first.
- The newer PWF-2 (FPPWFU02) is not the same as the PWF-1.
- Older models use one of three PureSource filters: PureSource 3 (WF3CB), PureSource Ultra (ULTRAWF) or PureSource Ultra II (EPTWFU01). They are not interchangeable.

Frigidaire filter questions
Does the FPPWFU01 fit every Frigidaire?
No. It only fits models with a PurePour housing. PureSource and PurePour Connect models need different filters.
Which PureSource filter do I need?
Read the part number on your current filter. WF3CB (PureSource 3) is used in many side-by-sides with the filter at the top right of the fresh-food compartment. ULTRAWF and EPTWFU01 fit their own housings, so match the number exactly.
